Custom Ordering FAQ
How long does a custom order usually take?
The delivery time for your custom order can differ based on several factors, such as the model you choose and the assembly location. Generally, Mercedes-Benz vehicles custom-built in Europe might take 3 to 6 months to reach you, while those assembled in North America usually arrive in 1 to 3 months. Our team will keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process.
Is a deposit required prior to placing a custom order?
A minimum deposit of $2,500 is required to place your order. This deposit can be used towards your down payment if you're buying or making a down payment on your new vehicle. However, if you choose to finance or lease the entire cost of the vehicle, the deposit will be refunded to you either fully or partially once you sign the contract and take delivery of the vehicle.
Can my custom order be completed over the phone or online?
Absolutely, our team is ready to assist you in completing and submitting your custom Mercedes-Benz order, whether you prefer to do so by phone or online. However, we recommend visiting us in person to view your chosen exterior color before finalizing your order, to make sure it meets your expectations.
Will my vehicle be eligible for special rebates, lease incentives or other special offers?
When you place your order, the price of your vehicle will be set. Because incentive programs and rebates vary from month to month, we can only give you an estimate of your potential monthly payment at this time. However, once we know the delivery month for your vehicle, you'll be able to benefit from the incentives and programs available then.
Can I order a vehicle if I live outside the United States of America?
No, we are only able to ship to the continental United States.
